Christian is the specialist in Próspera ZEDE, Honduras. With over 12 years of experience in Corporate, Commercial, Banking/ Financial Law & Economics, as well as Dispute Resolution, he has been part of the development of the jurisdiction and its special regulations in biotech and finance.

Kyle MacLean Smith
Kyle is building out the agentic and legal engineering side of Ixian, and related ventures. An avid polymath (including enterprise music rights management, mathematics, and law), he believes in law as a public good, authorship as a fundamental human right, and DIY innovation.

Ramona Tudorancea
Ramona comes from a legal background of international corporate and finance, investment funds and M&A, and brings legal strategy and multi-jurisdictional structuring to a new level, with a focus on the evolution of organizations and RWAs tokenization. She is also a Graduate (GradCG) of the Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland.

What Sets Us Apart
Ixian Group was founded in December 2023 as Ixian Services LLC, anchored in the special economic zone of Próspera ZEDE (Honduras). The firm was created to support Network State founders, charter cities, and Web3 entrepreneurs navigating complex frontier jurisdictions. The name Ixian drew dual inspiration from Frank Herbert’s Dune universe, where the Ixian civilization provided technology for all worlds, balanced by a deep commitment to natural systems, ecological stewardship, and human flourishing. From its inception, the firm served as the legal and governance ecosystem partner for pioneering pop-up cities and frontier ventures, starting with Vitalia 2024 and Infinita 2025.
Over time, Ixian expanded into a multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional network. Beyond advisory work for frontier founders and systems, Ixian co-engineered an open research and standards ecosystem to bridge legacy institutions with emerging networks.
In addition to legal engineering work, we build agentic systems and, either directly or through trusted partners, provide our expertise, strategic architecture, risk management, and governance advisory for frontier founders, ecosystems and investors. We do not replace your local counsel, we architect the system into which they fit.

Daniel Rivera
Daniel has over eight years of experience in corporate law and transactional matters, servicing industries such as Finances, Real Estate, and Energy, having practiced at leading international law firms as well as serving as in-house counsel. He has advised on complex cross-border corporate structures, early-stage and growth financings, governance frameworks, and compliance strategies. He also leads Ixian Canadian presence in British Columbia.
